Expression of Interest**
Position: Electrical Engineer
Project: Project Unit for Implementation of the Reconstruction and Extension of Public Health Institutions in North Macedonia
Responsibilities & Duties
-
Part of the implementation team for the reconstruction and extension projects of public health facilities in North Macedonia; responsible for specific implementation components based on specialized experience.
-
Develops project tasks and coordinates activities with designers and reviewers in the relevant field. Reviews project documentation (including checks on calculations, technical specifications, and bill of quantities).
-
Participates in the preparation of tender documents and their evaluation under the Public Procurement Law and according to World Bank and FIDIC procedures.
-
Oversees the quantity and quality of construction work; coordinates and inspects work carried out by the contractor and supervision authority in the assigned field.
-
Assists the technical coordinator and technical director.
-
Supports project monitoring and evaluation processes.
Skills Required
-
Proven experience and strong references in electrical engineering.
-
Effective communication skills in Macedonian and English (written and spoken).
-
Ability to work independently or within multiple teams.
-
Strong organizational, prioritization, and reporting abilities.
-
Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
-
Valid driving license (category B).
Education
-
University degree in electrical engineering.
Experience
-
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field.
-
Experience in designing, reviewing, executing, or supervising projects in healthcare facilities is an advantage.
-
Excellent command of English.
-
Expertise in project development or review for electrical installations (high and low voltage) and weak-current installations and HVAC automation.
-
Experience executing or supervising installation of electrical systems (both power and weak-current).
-
Knowledge in automation systems – SCADA, PLC controllers with BACNet or LON communication protocols.
-
Familiarity with relevant standards for design and implementation in healthcare infrastructure.
-
FIDIC experience is an added advantage.
-
Proficient in AutoCAD, MEP software, MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), databases, and internet tools.

за работа во Проектна единица за имплементација на Проектот за реконструкција и доградба на јавните здравствени установи во РМ за следната позиција:
Машински инженер
Обврски и одговорности:
Составен дел е од тимот за имплементација на Проектот за реконструкција и доградба на објектите на ЈЗУ во РМ, одговорен за конкретен дел од изведбата (согласно искуството во областа).
Изработува проектни задачи и ги координира активностите на проектантите и ревидентите од соодветната област. Врши ревизија на проектна документација (контрола на пресметки, технички спецификации и количини во предмер пресметка).
Учестува во подготовка на тендерска документација и врши евалуација на понудите, според Закон за јавни набавки и според процедурите на Светска Банка и FIDIC.
Врши надзор над квантитетот и квалитетот на изведените работи, ги координира и контролира работите на изведувачот и надзорниот орган, соодветно за областа за којашто е ангажиран.
Асистира на техничкиот координатор и техничкиот директор.
Дава поддршка на процесот за мониторинг и за евалуација на проектите.
Вештини:
- Искуство и добри препораки во областа на машинството;
Способност за ефективна комуникација (на македонски и англиски јазик – усно и пишано); - Способност за работа со еден или со повеќе тимови;
- Способност за поставување приоритети и силни организациски вештини;
- Способност за изготвување извештаи;
- Проактивен пристап и ориентираност кон решавање проблеми;
- Важечка возачка дозвола–Б категорија
Образование:
- Висока стручна спрема – студии од областа на машинствотo
Искуство:
Најмалку 5 (пет) години професионално искуство во соодветната област
- искуство во проектирање, ревизија, изведба или надзор на здравствени објекти ќе се смета за предност;
- одлично познавање англиски јазик;
- изработка на проекти и/или ревизија на проектна документација во делот на машинство–термотехника, медицински гасови, пневматски транспорт, лифтови, ескалатори;
- изведба и/или надзор над изведба на машински инсталации – термотехника, медицински гасови, пневматски транспорт, лифтови, ескалатори
- познавање релевантни стандарди од областа (проектирање и изведба на здравствени објекти);
- искуство и познавање FIDIC ќе се смета за предност;
- работа со компјутери и канцелариски софтвер пакети (Auto CAD , MEP software , Word-processing , Excel , Power point, датабази и интернет).
